Get ready for a better way to track student progress! We've added new reporting features that make it easier than ever to see how your students are doing with their assignments and custom lessons.

What's New?

We've added two powerful reporting options to help you track student progress: viewing results for Assignments (exclusive to PLUS members) and a "View Report" button for Custom Lessons. These new features bring detailed performance data right to your fingertips. Keep reading to learn more or check out the video by clicking on the image below!

How Does It Work?

For Assignments (PLUS)

When viewing your assignments, PLUS members can click directly on the assignment to open a comprehensive overview of the class performance. The results view includes:

  • A quick-glance progress bar showing completed, in-progress, and not-started students.

  • Class-wide metrics like average accuracy, average typing speed, and total active time spent on the assignment.

The detailed student results table displays each student's:

  • Individual progress percentage

  • Time spent on the assignment

  • Typing speed (WPM)

  • Accuracy percentage

  • Letter grade

  • Error ratio

Want to change how you view the data? Toggle between table and graph views to visualize the information in different ways.

For Custom Content

The new "View Report" button for custom lessons opens a Lesson Activity Details report specifically focused on that individual lesson. This report shows you detailed metrics for every student who has worked on the lesson. You can further refine the data by:

  • Filtering by date range (This Week, Last Week, This Month, etc.)

  • Filtering by specific classes

  • Viewing results in either table or graph format

Need to share or save the data? Use the convenient Print and Export options available right in the report.

How Does This Help You?

These new reporting features streamline your teaching workflow by putting important data right where you need it. You'll be able to quickly identify which students might need extra support and measure the impact of your custom content. For PLUS members, the assignment reporting adds another layer of insight to help guide your instruction.

Ready to try it out? Look for the "View Report" button in your Custom Content section—and if you're a PLUS member, you can click on each assignment to view the results!
